Who you're dealing with

What you get
One one-to-one session on Zoom, lasting under an hour.
At the end, your block in plain English, and one thing to do first thing the next morning.
Who it's for
Find the Block is for people running a business. By booking, you confirm you're booking for your business.
Joining the waiting list
Joining the waiting list is free and doesn't commit you to anything. I pick the people I think I can help most. Being on the list doesn't guarantee a place.
Booking and paying
If you're picked, I'll email you a link to book and pay. You'll have until the deadline in that email to use it. After that, the place goes to the next person on the list.
The price is the one shown on the booking page at the time you book. You pay in full when you book.
Moving your session
Life happens. If you need to move your session, tell me at least 24 hours before and we'll find another time. You can do this once.
Cancellations and refunds
You cancel at least 48 hours before your session: full refund.
You cancel less than 48 hours before, or don't turn up: no refund.
I have to cancel: we rebook at a time that suits you, or you get a full refund. Your choice.
What the session is, and isn't
This is business coaching. I'll give you my honest view on what's holding the business back and what to do first. It isn't financial, legal, tax or regulated advice. You decide what to act on, and the results depend on what you do afterwards.
Confidentiality
What you tell me in the session stays between us. I won't share it without your permission. The exception is if the law requires me to.
If I'd like to quote something you said, I'll ask first. You're free to say no.
Recording
Sessions aren't recorded unless we both agree beforehand.
Liability
I'll do the work with reasonable care and skill. Beyond the price you paid for the session, I'm not liable for any loss your business has as a result of decisions you make. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
